Where were you born and raised?
Born in McPherson Kansas. Grew up outside Chicago Illinois (Roselle). Graduated from NIU, DeKalb, IL and then joined Army
What’s a short story around the biggest transition you’ve faced in life?
My biggest transition was from 25 years of active military service with moving every one to three years to civilian life and a corporate job. It was a difficult journey to learn how to excel in a corporate environment where there is often less clarity about values, vision and standards of excellence. One of the hardest lessons was how to define my value proposition and be able to effectively communicate it to stakeholders and potential clients.
What’s the once piece of advice you’d give a younger you?
Be true to your values and live them every day.

My personal vision is “Developing Leaders to Change Their World”.
How does your Why drive you to be a part of the THF Ecosystem?
I am honored to help other veterans make the transition to civilian life where they can continue to add value to society and others.
Military Connection or Why do you respect Special Operators?
I spent 6 years at Fort Bragg and observed and interacted with many SOF personnel. I hold them in high regard.
