What’s a short story around the biggest transition you’ve faced in life?
Transitioning from the Navy after 20 years was absolutely the biggest transition that I have experienced. As a THF fellow I will say that the program makes that entire process much less complex and intimidating.
What’s the once piece of advice you’d give a younger you?
To figure out my personal WHY sooner – so that I could better direct myself into lanes that fulfilled it.
Your Personal Why?
To discover, inspire, and accelerate human potential so that humanity may exponentially evolve.
How does your Why drive you to be a part of the THF Ecosystem?
Transitioning Special Operators not only have unlimited potential – but they know how to and are willing to access. They are also comfortable with the risks associated. Helping provide the resources to do that in a post military environment is a compelling effort.
Military Connection or Why do you respect Special Operators?
20+ years as a Navy SEAL Officer
Favorite THF Value, and why?
Provide field experience. Essential in the path to mastery – the responsible blending between theoretical and practical knowledge. Most transition course only offer the theoretical piece.
