What’s a short story around the biggest transition you’ve faced in life?
Going from a 40 year-old bachelor to being married and then a father a year later was by far the most challenging, and rewarding, transition I have ever faced!

What’s the one piece of advice you’d give a younger you?
Listen to your heart, not your wallet, and follow your passion!

How does your Why drive you to be a part of the THF Ecosystem of Support?
Being a facilitator is at the heart of my why.  And as a facilitator I can help the Fellows navigate the complicated waters of their transition.

Military Connection or Why do yourself respect Special Operators?
My four years as a Surface Warfare Officer in the Navy were by no means remarkable.  Working with this amazing community of men and women gives me a second chance to serve.

I help people learn or discover things that can make a positive difference in their lives.
