Mr. Munroe comes to Southwest Research Institute from the United States Navy where he was a Senior Director. He was responsible for providing critical evaluation and advice on risk mitigation to senior executive leaders and oversight for personnel conducting high-risk training operations. At SwRI®, he will lead project development efforts, identify and host new clients, manage programs, mentor employees on business aspects, and review engineering and science proposals.
