What’s a short story around the biggest transition you’ve faced in life?
When I was 23, not long after graduating from college, I interviewed and accepted a new job with one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. I remember the excitement of attending my first training meeting in Boston. The company had recently undergone a major hiring wave. I found myself in a ballroom with roughly 2000 fellow new hires. And I didn’t know a single person in attendance. I remember thinking to myself, “What have I gotten myself into?”. I took a deep breath and thought, “You wanted this, and now you’re here. Let’s go!”
