As Founder and CEO of the Foreward Companies, Wayne has pioneered innovative solutions in the constructions supply industry through their portfolio of e-commerce businesses. With their impressive year-over-year growth, the Foreward Companies has earned recognition including the 2024 EY Southeast Entrepreneur of the Year Award and consecutive ACG Roaring 20 Awards in 2023 and 2024.

Wayne is also a philanthropist committed to giving back though the Foreword Foundation – a 501c3 who dedicates a portion of revenue to support important causes including homeless shelters, hunger relief, anti-human trafficking initiatives, military transition programs, and disaster relief efforts. This commitment to faith-based philanthropy remains central to the Forward Companies’ mission.

His greatest joy comes from his family – 31 years of marriage to my wonderful wife Stephanie and our three adult children: Katherine (31), Johnathon (29), and Allison (26). When not leading his company’s growth, you’ll find him on the water, traveling to new destinations, or simply enjoying quality time with family and friends.
