This program is a paradigm shift for the way military members think about finding a job and then fitting their life within that job. Here, THF helped me realize my non-negotiables, priorities, and what I want my life to look like. Then they showed me how to go out and land the job that will get me where I want to be. I thought I was starting the transition process too early (24-months out), but have come to realize the earlier you start the better prepared you will be.
