“They don’t know what they don’t know and so they’re using this program as an opportunity to explore and open up their mindset to see where their skillset can be utilized in the business community. And maybe they’ll have a couple industries in mind but really there’s challenges…and we challenge them to do 50 cups of coffee while in the cohort so they’re going out and starting to really get good information and multiple perspectives to form their own…”
